DELIVERY

If you are joining us on the journey as an early adopter and one of the first to try our new revolutionary product, you will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched. Your credit card will be charged in advance for the travel wallet that will shipped at a later date upon your order being despatched. 

Pre-orders will be fulfilled as soon as the product is ready to be delivered. We are aiming for this to be in the first two weeks of July 2018. 

If you have requested free UK shipping, your 15th Degree products will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 days. You can track your delivery via the Royal Mail website. If you have requested guaranteed next day delivery, your package will arrive by DPD courier which you can track via their website.

EU orders will be sent by untracked Royal Mail. Postage, packaging and shipping costs are £4 per order.

We want you to be totally happy with your 15th Degree products, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our free UK shipping and returns policy.

RETURNS

You can request to return an item to us for any reason, at any time at no cost, within 14 calendar days from the date you purchased it, providing your product is unused and in the same condition you received it in, with the tamper seals intact.

To request a return please email us at customerservices@15thdegree.com and include the product name, order quantity, order reference, where you purchased it, the date of your purchase and a short covering note to let us know the reason you’d like to return the item.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request so you know we have received it and are taking action to resolve your problem. We will email you a prepaid returns label that covers the cost of the return and a return form to complete. Where possible please return your purchase in its original packaging, including your order number or receipt of proof of purchase.

Please ensure you have all the original packaging and labels and that the item(s) is undamaged and unused. Use the prepaid label and include the completed returns form detailing your reasons for return. We recommend taking it to the Post Office and remembering to ask for proof of postage as we are not held responsible if your returns parcel goes missing. You can track your return by Royal Mail.

If you have not purchased your products on our e-commerce site and instead via a retailer or third party, please return your product to where you purchased it. Please note, we will not be able to accept returns that were not ordered on our e-commerce site. 

REFUNDS 

When we receive your item, we will check it and let you know by email that we have received it. Once we’ve had a chance to check the product and any supporting information you have provided, we will immediately notify you of the status of any refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment. We will let you know as soon as we have actioned your refund, so you can check with your credit card provider or payment service to establish when you can expect to receive the funds. Please note this can take up 30 days to process.

FAULTY DAMAGED GOODS 

If you have opened or partly used your purchase, sadly we will not be in a position to offer a refund unless it was faulty or damaged on receipt. Should your purchase be faulty on arrival, please contact us to explain the issue immediately at customerservices@15thdegree.com so we can expedite a solution to ensure you have replacement product as quickly as possible before next traveling. Please note, each case is dealt with on an individual basis.
